Alltec Lifting Systems LLC was formed in June 2006 to offer new lifting and rigging technology to an industry in need of fresh products and service. Alltec designed below-the-hook lifting devices are all FEA tested to ensure maximum capacities and ultimate safety. In addition, each device comes equipped with Crosby shackles, matched with capacities to guarantee the customer receives the best products available on the market. Alltec's comprehensive safety program requires each product to individually meet ASME B30.20 prior to shipment. Our Specialized Lifting Arrangements are designed to perform in difficult situations, especially those with offset CG's, and lifts requiring multiple lifting points with vertical loadings on each. We offer on-site Consultants available for the duration of any project, and draw from our extensive backround of heavy lift experience, including some of the heaviest lifts in the country.

In 2009, Alltec Lifting Systems introduced a new system to allow Modular Components with offset CG's to be set with relative ease. Alltec Modular Lifting Beams® and Bolt-Up Beam Calculator®, both patent-pending, were successfully utilized over a seven month period at a refinery in Corpus Christi, Texas, from Fall 2009 through Spring 2010. The beams received rave reviews from both the facility and the on-site contractor for their ease of use in setting the numerous modular components, and the minimal downtime required between lifts for rigging adjustment. Since that time, the beams have been used on multiple projects, all experiencing equivalent results. Please check out the new beams under the "Our Equipment" tab, as well as the photographs of the beams in use.
